Referral and Affiliate Relationship Disclosure

Placement advisors may be compensated by partner licensed inpatient treatment programs when a caller referred by New Beginnings Addiction Center is admitted to that program. This relationship funds the placement service and is why placement is free to the caller and the caller's family. This relationship does not influence the clinical criteria placement advisors use to match callers — the match is based on the caller's clinical presentation, insurance coverage, and geographic preference. A caller is never referred to a program that doesn't fit the caller's needs. If no program in the New Beginnings network is a good fit, the placement advisor will say so and point the caller to appropriate outside resources (LA County SASH at 1-844-804-7500, SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357).
