New Beginnings Addiction Center takes caller privacy seriously. This policy describes what information we collect when you contact us or visit this site, how it's used, who it's shared with (and isn't), and how California residents can exercise their CCPA and CPRA rights.
Information We Collect
When you call (213) 600-5512, a placement advisor collects intake information: name, contact details, insurance carrier and member ID, substance use history, medical history relevant to placement, and geographic preference for treatment. When you use the website, we collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring source) and analytics data through Google Analytics 4. If you submit a web form, we collect the information you enter.
How We Use Information
Intake information is used to verify insurance, match you with an appropriate licensed inpatient program, and — with your consent — share relevant details with that program's admissions team. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Call Tracking
Phone calls to (213) 600-5512 may be routed through a call-tracking service (CallRail) that records call duration, originating phone number, and the source of the call (which ad, search result, or page the caller came from). Calls may be recorded for quality assurance — if you call, you'll be informed of recording before intake begins.
Google Analytics 4
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and engagement. GA4 collects anonymized behavioral data including pages visited, time on page, and approximate geographic region (city level, not precise location). You can opt out via Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Third Parties With Whom We Share Information
Licensed inpatient treatment programs — only with your explicit consent, and only to coordinate admission. Insurance carriers — to verify benefits during intake. Service providers (CallRail, Google Analytics) — bound by their own privacy terms. Law enforcement — only when legally compelled by subpoena, court order, or statute. We do not sell personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email info@newbeginningsaddictioncenter.com with 'CCPA Request' in the subject line. We respond within 45 days.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
